The 36” Electric Griddle (WEG36D) by Vulcan-Hart is a deep spacesaver griddle with all the beneficial features of a larger model. This smaller model is deeper than its 36 inch counterpart, and has the ability to produce approximately 60 three-inch hamburgers or 40 four-inch pancakes per load. The griddle is stainless steel with a ½ inch thick griddle plate made from polished steel for a smooth and even cooking surface. One solid sheathed tubular incoloy heating element, thermostat, and cycling light is allotted for each 12 inches of griddle space to ensure a controlled cooking experience with the ability to set a different temperature for each side of the griddle when necessary. A stainless steel splash guard rises to 4 inches in the back of the unit and tapers down to 2 inches near the front to help keep the workspace clean and hold grease on the griddle. A 3 1/8 inch grease trough is placed on the front of the griddle to make for easy and hassle-free cleanup.
